Here's how you do it.

Go to college. Work at the radio station and kiss a lot of ass. Become a music director. Kiss a lot of ass. Go to industry events. Kiss a lot of ass. Get a record label internship. Kiss a lot of ass.

Maybe eventually you can become a 2 bit A&R rep that will get canned the next time AOL/Time/Warner re-organizes and boots you and all the bands you signed out on the street.

Probably FREE internships too...kinda like the ones you dont get PAID.
