its just 4 of us...we will play a couple off of the new one...and then a couple off of each preceding record basically...its just our 2nd performance in a long time so dont expect a really polished rock show okay? we are playing athens because we love our radio promotion people at team clermont so much that when they asked us to play there weekend festival at the 40 watt , we said "why yes"

Just got tickets for me and my wife. This will be our first Idaho show and first trip to Athens. How early should we get to the club for good seats??

Greenville? Cool! I thought I was the only one in this town that knew of Idaho and here you got married. Do try to play here (SC) again.

Greenville for knot tieing,
Greenville, Columbia, Isle of Palm and all of the road in between for fun.

If my memory serves me correctly, I attended that sweltery show. It was the first time I heard you guys on the "Three Sheets" tour. Six people were rocked that night (myself included of course)..

This may be an off-message board random inquiry but where in South Carolina did you two tie the knot/ return for fun?

RE: Athens show | from danJul 17 2000 - 14:20

We have had grand shows in Columbia in the past, one was on a nice sweltery summer evening. I must confess a soft spot for South Carolina. I was married there and frequently return for fun.

Jeff and Dan,

I stepped into my local record store and was amazed by a faxed flyer of the show in Athens. It made my month until I realized that is the night of my best friend's bachelor party in Atlanta. curses! foiled again!
Who knows? Maybe I can convince six soon-to-be debaucherous friends to relocate the festivities to Athens. I am afraid however that it will be impossible.

So I am writing in hopes that you make it back to the area. Let me know if you would like to set-up a show in Columbia, SC. It's a good medium-sized town between any shows in Atlanta/Athens, GA and Chapel Hill, NC.

That one is a one off, but there are many balls in the air for the fall. We are waiting to see what falls out.

is the show in Athens like a one time thing or can we expect other shows in the east around the same time?
