I used to have that Buzz sampler too, which I stupidly lost years ago... but "Shoulder Back" is on "We Were Young And Needed The Money", which shouldn't be too difficult to obtain (?)
Glad you tracked down your messages Jeremy !
Like said Jeff, the forum has been brought back from the dead, since one year now!
Enjoy, share and spread to Idaho fans.
HA! I was searching the internet for IDAHO and set lists, trying to find anything that would help me figure out the venue for one of the shows, so I did a google search. annnnd wound up here, reading a post by someone talking about looking at his set lists and wondering if Shoulder Back would ever see the light of day. then I see the name. and it's me, 16 years ago. damnit! LOL
Legally, you don't have to ask them...
I don't even think you have to ask them morally either...
id like to put it up on the site but the whole band wrote it together back in 1995... i dont know if terry and mark would mind...i guess i could ask them?
how about we get an MP3 of it up on the site? : ) those demos you had up there are great-listen to them all the time still. i had almost forgotten that i didn't have Shoulder Back, i still have some old set lists stuck to one of the walls so i see those words every other day- lol would Buzz get ticked off if you put a version of it on your site?
Hmm... I bought one from Buzz right about the time Alas came out. They were offering them for sale on their site for a little while. They warned me that it was used, and sure enough it's a little scratched, but it plays fine. I don't have a CD burner, or a cassette deck, so I'm not sure if I could offer it in any usable form (with your permission of course Jeff), but I have it. Any mini-disc using Idaho fans out there?
its on that buzz records sampler that came out a couple of years ago and is most likely impossible to find because it was never really for sale.
How do you get that Buzz records sampler then? Is this the only place that the song "Shoulder Back" exists? Things are hard for Idaho completists don't you think?
