I'm not sure where in Canada you live, but HMV at Yonge & Dundas in Toronto has a small Idaho collection - a few months ago, I saw Alas and Palms there for sale. I just order them through CDNOW, though. Good luck!

yeah...just order it from any HMV or cool record store...probably take a while though..i am pretty sure teh whole IDAHO catalogue is available for order...
