David Grubbs is a must listen

i thought he's been living in NYC or Brooklyn more specifically for a few years now. I know he went to school at U Chicago for grad school philosophy stuff. I don't know if he stayed there. It is entirely possible. I haven't talked to him in a long while.

with his amazing, intelligent lyrics it does not surprise me that he is a philosophy professor...do you know what school?

Yeah, you should check out his early stuff with Squirrelbait. The most powerful band I have ever seen play live.

I went to school with him. I think he is a philosophy professor now.

Have any of you guys listened to David Grubbs on Drag City records? This guy is amazing...if you haven't, check out "the Spectrum Between."
