J William I agree. Those TT albums are brilliant too. But we al know that.
Amazon just restocked theirs last week. It's also available used there.
Hex is indeed a great album. The only thing I've heard that fully digested the final two Talk Talk LPs and took it someplace kinda different.
www.cheap-cds.com have 10+ copies too. It's really great album.
many thanks, c.
half.com has it used for around $8
I've been curious about Hex for awhile , but never enough to hunt it down. It seems to be out of print. Any idea who might carry it, apart from Gemm?
It appears that only one of the HEX members remains.. and that's Graham. But the good thing is Lee Harris from Talk Talk is drumming on it.

"hex" is indeed incredible. I've had that album for 8 or 9 years and I usually don't go longer than 2-3 weeks without listening to it. although i've never heard any of their other stuff.
Tree crazy hex is good.
Allmusic.com has it listed as an upcoming release. It's called Codename: Dustsucker.
HEX is one of my faves!! Are they seriously making a new album?
Alex where did you read about that? The bass on HEX is so good.
Hex is a brilliant album. Much more "music" than what people consider post-rock nowadays. It's hard to believe it was made in 1994. When I first heard it, I was like, "This must have taken forever to write and record!" It was comforting to find out later that it took them over a year. I hope the new album is as engaging.
I just read that they have a new CD coming out soon. What do you guys think of "Hex"? I just got it today and really love it. I wasn't aware that they're the reason the term "post-rock" exists. Apparently, some well-known critic coined the term in a review of the album. Weird.
