I found Alas on Ebay for $3.99. I also tracked down The Forbidden EP for a bit more on GEMM.

I just found ALAS at Newbury Comics used for $1.99...I already have two copies, but I bought it anyway just because I was pissed that anyone could ever have returned it....idiots

It seems like tons of people have been trying to purchase "Alas" lately, so I thought I'd let you know that there are EIGHT copies on E-bay right now. They start at $0.01. Four of them have Buy It Now options for around $3. I think they all end in two days. Get 'em while they last. Good luck.
