I actually saw Idaho (3 Sheets tour) with Low at TT's in Boston, and yes, it was amazing.

yeah, Low & Eitzel sounds like a
dream line-up - but of course
Low/Idaho would be the ultimate.I know both bands were on the Shanti
project thing a while back - do they know each other? (sorry if i missed something....)

RE: Low Nooz | from susan331Jul 10 2002 - 14:54

Kranky.

RE: Low Nooz | from Seth HowardJul 10 2002 - 13:05

Touring with Eitzel eh?

Now that I'd like to see.

Tchad Blake seems like an interesting choice as well. What label is putting it out?

From Low's booking agent:

"September 23rd marks the release of Low's sixth studio album titled 'Trust.' The 13-song disc features Low's familiar sparse sound nestled alongside some surprising assertiveness, thanks in part to Tchad Blake, who mixed the album and played on it, and is best known for his work with Richard Thompson, Neil Finn, and Pearl Jam. Blake's percussive elements add a resounding intensity, giving Low their most daring album to date. Also making a guest appearance is Gerry Beckley, front man for the 70's soft-rock band America." (!!- SM)

"This year's been a busy one for Low. Along with recording 'Trust' in the spring, the band performed at the famed All Tomorrow's Parties Festival in England and saw the inclusion of their song 'Half Light' in the motion picture 'The Mothman Prophecies.'

"Low will mark the release of 'Trust' with an east coast tour in October with Mark Eitzel, followed by more dates on the west coast in November."
