Hey Dale. Just received our cd's in the mail (after about a month delay), and I just wanted to thank you for your diligence and courtesy. Things are a little crazy in the postal industry right now (even more so at customs- we live in canada), and delays are inevitable. It disgusts me to hear some people ragging on you and the label. Ridiculous.

i just wanted to say that dale called me yesterday to see if i'd gotten my cd yt, which i had it
arrived a few days after orderring it. anyway
i thought that was the coolest!!!
i have ordered from other sites b4 and things were
messed up they never called me.
she was so nice i wanted to keep her on the
phone to hold onto my bit of idaho
as long as possible.
to the few people that haven't gotten thiers hang in there
she's just one person! from what i can tell she's trying
to right the wrong. too bad she
lives in l.a.....

Thank you for following up with me regarding the "Levitate" shipments. I'm sure most of the mix-up was from the events on 9.11.01. Just wanted to let you kmow that it was really appreciated!
