Did you say 15?...holy...shit.
One of my favorite bands, The Church, are Aussies, and they are still great, 15 years after Starfish.
ALASka more 'bout it later
dude, none of you guys are isolated...try living in fucking alaska!
You Ami I are one of Australia's finest. We have many more (I think there lots of bands that are better than YAI). We are very lucky to get strong influences from the U.S and U.K (plus others) in our music industry. It spawns alot of amazing ideas... it often produces alot of horribly unoriginal (I use that term loosely) ones too. Anyway my main point is that you guys are lucky to get the opportunity to see IDAHO live.
rob - australia is home to (in my humble opinion) the greatest rock & roll band on the planet today - YOU AM I. For that I envy you.
Yes the music and everything about Australia is great! But IDAHO and alot of other great bands don't tour here.S'pose ya can't have evrything.
you must be kidding Rob. the australian scene is wonderful and what i hear and read about your country makes me wish live in there.
At least you don't live in Australia like me. I hate reading the tours section.
hey lucky people. it happens that i'm addict in so many exceptional bands(idaho, rhp, hol, tfc, mbv, low,
erp,catherine wheel,afghan whigs,
etc,etc...)that are fully ignored in this place i live in. say jeff:
is there any chance idaho plays a gig in the rainforest? hey man
stop laughing at me.
