And don't forget hearts of palm-what are those, anyway? Tree leaves? Does that count? Anyway, speaking of palms, I've always liked the palm aesthetic in idaho- it's so ironic. The images are haunting and beautifully dark, and I think most would associate palms with Club Med or Disneyworld. Especially on year after year and of course the palms e.p....I love those images. And the promo poster fir this way out was Jeff under a palm tree (with a mid 90's bob ala grunge era to boot.)
read portia mctirney's prose and feces on pretense and buggery - who's havin' more fun than people?
read pablo neruda's poetry and essays on where the the past and future intersect - the present is the fruit of life
They keep you regular.
Because they're nutritious...
I just recently managed to get the forbidden ep off gemm.com, after having had a very hard time trying to get it over the last year. Anyway, it was worth the wait, it has some beautiful songs on it.
I was just wondering why Jeff uses so many fruit references in his lyrics. Apricots to Armagnac...avacados and grapefruit...pomegranates, and there's may be others i've forgotten. Is this metaphorical or something?
