RE: is there a girl in idaho? | from kenny k.Dec 07 2000 - 14:40

hmm.. i don't know about said insider the girl i spoke w/ in nyc was awfully friendly with jeff. she was also selling things.

RE: is there a girl in idaho? | from an insiderDec 07 2000 - 02:34

the girly who people saw selling junk at the shows in the usa was dale stewart(john berry's better half)...the girl singing back up on a couple of songs here and there in europe was mia rudolph (john goldman's gal)

RE: is there a girl in idaho? | from meDec 05 2000 - 07:47

yeah it is from milwaukee. i actually picked it up in maryland, though...

RE: is there a girl in idaho? | from aDec 05 2000 - 06:47

was that MILK magazine from milwaukee by chance? just curious, because one of my friends kept thinking that jeff was heir to this coca-cola thing too.. perhaps he read the same interview..?

RE: is there a girl in idaho? | from meDec 03 2000 - 10:34

what?! girls like handsome musicians?! since when?

unfortunately he didn't mention anything in the article about a girl, so i can't really help you there.

RE: is there a girl in idaho? | from me tooDec 03 2000 - 09:07

Ok what about the girl?
Jeff is a hottie and I would get
upset if he has a girlfriend?
I know it sounds silly, but?

RE: is there a girl in idaho? | from meDec 03 2000 - 05:40

this is from a 'zine called Milk: (Milk): Is it true that you are the heir to a Coca-Cola fortune and if so, why have you decided to take the path that you have with the band? (Jeff): "My great grandfather helped start a tiny Coca-Cola bottling factory in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at the turn of the century. So sure i got a small-yet-hansome sliver of what that had turned into. But calling it a fortune would be overly enthusiastic. Let's say it helped me build my studio and kept me from working nine to five. That reality is soon coming though."

here's what I know...there is a
girl that is touring with them
she's either Jeff's or John B.'s
girlfriend. she also runs the label
I talked to her at the fez show in
Manhattan.she didn't sing on any
record, someone asked that.she was
cool, but wouldn't answer my question
about Jeff being rich.does anyone
else know? not that it matters.I'm
just curios:)

I heard that John Goldman's girlfriend will be hooking up with Idaho and doing some singing for the European leg of the tour. It would be nice to hear yesterday unwinding with female vox....

RE: is there a girl in idaho? | from RickNov 15 2000 - 11:27

There is a girl touring with Idaho,
however I think she is there manager.
I talked to her at all 5 of the Idaho shows
I have gone to and she was way cool and
insightful into the band.
I would buy her a beer and
take her home any day!!

Um, I though Idaho was an all-girl-band. I just thought the lead singer was a really deep-voiced girl.

michele,

Don't know if you were smoking at the Fez show, but if you saw a girl on stage, I'm either totally blind or had *really* bad seats. A combo of both?

It was four guys -- one who tuned their guitar a bit too neurotically, too often -- and that's all. And lots of chatter. Otherwise, it was great.

You aren't thinking about the opening band, are you? They had a lady on stage singing backups.
