RE: music videos | from greenAug 04 2004 - 09:58

michael gondry videos are neat-o. I think he has a site.

RE: music videos | from brianAug 03 2004 - 19:15

there's also a video for FUEL. actually 2 versions which i still need. Jeff has always hated doing "fucking videos" and i hope to have the audio of the interview with that statement in it up soon.

RE: music videos | from willAug 03 2004 - 15:16

Color Me Badd "I Adore Mi Amore" ...classic and timeless...

RE: music videos | from CodreanuAug 02 2004 - 15:51

That film of Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues," where he peels away the hand-lettered signs containing key words from the song...

And who could forget The Talking Heads "Once in a Lifetime?"

RE: music videos | from Alex NiedtAug 02 2004 - 15:02

How could I forget my favorite video?... "Hurt," by Johnny Cash.

RE: music videos | from Alex NiedtAug 02 2004 - 15:02

Oh, and the video of the first song from Sigur Ros' album "( )".

RE: music videos | from ronAug 02 2004 - 14:05

pearl jam's "do the evolution" is pretty sweet.
that johnny cash one is good, too... the one that sort of chronicles his life...???

RE: music videos | from Rob SAug 01 2004 - 06:23

A-ha take on me. best video ever

RE: music videos | from Martin Luther BukakiJul 31 2004 - 17:04

Anything with nude Chinese boys, urine soaked panties and sparklers.

RE: music videos | from David T.Jul 08 2004 - 11:04

If you want something silly and dumb, try any old Cure video.

RE: music videos | from Alex NiedtJul 08 2004 - 11:01

Prodigy - "Firestarter" (I think that's the one that was totally banned...it's pretty "out there")

RE: music videos | from DonnieJul 08 2004 - 05:32

Check out almost everything by the Aphex twin.

RE: music videos | from andiJul 08 2004 - 02:44

god bless the broad band! | from andiJul 08 2004 - 02:38

great! thanks for the replies already. it's such a shame that music telly went all crap over here... never seen any of the above.
btw does anyone know where to get videos by rhp/koz? the only thing i found up to now was a 150x100 pixel stream of "summer dress".

RE: music videos | from DeanJul 08 2004 - 00:58

Radioheads "just" has a fantastic central idea too.

RE: music videos | from ckJul 07 2004 - 11:59

Peter Gabriel, "Shock the Monkey"
Talking Heads, "Once in a Lifetime"
Radiohead, "Karma Police"
Any of the Tool videos with the creepy stop motion animation. Whether or not you like the songs, the visuals are interesting/disturbing.

RE: music videos | from MarcJul 07 2004 - 10:15

Chris Cunningham has directed some stunners, including Bjork's 'All is Full of Love' video.

More here;

RE: music videos | from Alex NiedtJul 07 2004 - 10:04

I second that. Bjork is wonderful.
