I believe that's my cover I did back in 2000. I made two or either three mixes from the cover but forget which one I posted. May have to resub to have a listen and see.

we used to cover apricots /w complete band a few years back. i don't think we ever caught it somehow but it sure was beautiful. Not the interpretation, the song.
covering idaho songs might be cool, but what would be the point in hearing a different interpretation?--unless it was from mr. martin himself?

ok...good point, I guess I just can't see these songs "interpreted" in a way that I might like. Then again, I'm no musician, so what do I know? guess I will just stay tuned and see what you guys come up with
While I agree with you, I would argue that covers aren't about making things better, but offering a different interpretation.
sorry but as a huge fan with tremendous respect for this music that Jeff creates...I say forget any covers---no one could make this music any better
It certainly isn't techno, but it's interesting.
